Delivery & Returns

At SelectaDNA we understand the importance of receiving your goods quickly and without a hitch. All our orders our shipped with reliable couriers, to ensure they reach you on time.

Delivery Charges and Timescales

Our standard delivery charge is $4.95+VAT. We strive to dispatch your order within two working days, if we hold the item in stock. You should receive your goods within 3 days of your order being placed, as long as the Courier operates normally. Any orders over $100 including VAT have free shipping.

Where possible, we endeavour to dispatch orders received by 11:00am the same day. Therefore if your order is urgent and you would like to receive your order the next day,please order before 11:00am. Next day delivery is only available for North Island.

Please also note, we are only able to accept orders for delivery to New Zealand. If you are outside New Zealand and are interested in any of our products, please call us on +64 09 969 0896.

Deliveries are only available between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30, Monday to Friday. We do not offer a timed, evening or weekend service.

Delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions

In winter, snowfall and adverse weather conditions may result in delayed delivery times which are out of our control. Please keep this in mind if you are experiencing adverse whether where you live.

What delivery method does SelectaDNA use?

We use New Zealand Courier Post. This means that your goods will usually arrive the next working day for most of New Zealand.Delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.
If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit, send us an email to sales@selectamark.co.uk.

Delivering to your address

Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed.

For these reasons please supply us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.

Missing Parcels/Damage

Please be aware that if you request that goods are left safe via the courier notes, SelectaDNA cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from a local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.
